These Terms of Service govern your use of The Fan Menu as an organization administrator. By creating an organization on this platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. This platform is intended for use in the United States only.

Free to Use

The Fan Menu is currently free to use. Pricing may change in the future with reasonable notice provided to existing organizations. We will never charge retroactively for past usage.

No Uptime Guarantee

This platform is provided as-is with no guarantee of availability, uptime, or continuity of service. We cannot commit to service level agreements of any kind.

Right to Change

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the platform as a whole at any time, with or without notice. Continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Fan Menu is not liable for monetary loss, data loss, loss of business, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Support

Support and response times are not guaranteed. We do our best but cannot promise timely responses to issues.

Organization Responsibility

Your organization is solely responsible for the accuracy of all menu content, pricing, item availability, and information displayed to patrons through your menu page. The Fan Menu is not responsible for errors or disputes arising from inaccurate menu information.

Terms Acceptance

By creating an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of your organization. The date and version of your acceptance is recorded.

US Only · Age Restriction

This service is intended for use in the United States only. This service is not intended for children under the age of 13. Organization administrators must be 13 or older to create an account.

Updates to These Terms

When these terms are updated, existing organization owners will be prompted to review and re-accept before accessing the admin area. The version history is tracked.

These terms should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before the platform is launched to the public. Last updated April 2026.
